This site and everything sold through it are provided by Maria Antonietta, based in Nevada, United States. "I" and "me" mean Maria Antonietta. "You" means you.
The SempreBella newsletter and everything published on the blog are free.
I am not your doctor, and nothing here is medical advice. The Protocol, the newsletter, the blog and every conversation we have are educational and informational. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified physician.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never to me. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you enter.

When you buy a course, I grant you a personal, non‑transferable licence to use the material for your own purposes for the access period described at purchase.
You may not share your login, copy or redistribute the material, post it anywhere public or private, resell it, or use it to build a competing programme. Access is for one person: you.
If you breach this, I may end your access without a refund.
Sessions are booked in advance and delivered by video call. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing said in a session is medical, legal, or financial advice.
Everything on this site — text, images, course material, photography and design — belongs to me and is protected by copyright. The Executive Aesthetic™ and SempreBella are my marks. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Photography on this site is my own commissioned work and may not be reproduced.
Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. I may restrict access to anyone who does.
The site may link elsewhere. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for them.
I aim to keep the site and course material available, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, platforms and the internet occasionally fail. I may update, change or retire material over time; if I retire something you have paid for during your access period, I will tell you and make it right.

You may stop using the site at any time, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. I may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, liability, governing law — do.
I may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and the version in force is the one published here when you buy or use the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
