I would rather refund you than have you carry something you did not want. Here is exactly how it works for each thing I sell.
Do the daily actions for the first 7 days — actually do them — and if you're not satisfied, email me for a full refund.
That is the guarantee as it appears on the Protocol page, and it is the guarantee I honour.
To claim it, email me within 14 days of purchase and tell me you did the first seven days. I am not going to audit you. The request is enough.
After that window, the purchase is final — the material has been delivered and it is yours for the full year.
You may reschedule or cancel a booked session with at least 48 hours' notice, and I will move it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
Inside 48 hours, or if a session is missed without notice, the fee is not refundable — the time was reserved and cannot be resold. Life happens, and if something serious does, write to me and I will use my judgement rather than this paragraph.
Once a session has taken place, it is not refundable.

Your course access opens the moment you buy, and your copy of the book is reserved at the same time. Please be certain before you order.
If you have a problem with the order itself — a wrong address, a duplicate charge, a book that never arrives — write to me and I will fix it. That is not a refund question.
Email maria@maria-antonietta.com from the address you used to buy, and tell me what you bought. You do not need to justify yourself or write anything long.
I reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You will receive confirmation from Stripe when it is issued.
If you cannot access what you paid for, that is not a refund question — it is my problem to fix. Email me and I will sort it out.
Please write to me before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback takes months and helps neither of us; an email takes a day.
When a course purchase is refunded, access to the course material ends. That is the trade, and it is the only condition attached.
