Service Description

Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. Unlike meditation that can be frustrating and slow to learn, Yoga Breathing is very accessible, and you'll feel results right from our first session. No experience necessary of any kind is needed. I take a straightforward, science-based approach that is effective for everyone. Course duration is 4 weeks, meetings online- once a week for 30 min's each session. Upon confirmation you'll received an e-book with all details and description of the course and it's benefit.
