Privacy Policy

Effective 13 August 2026

This policy explains what information I collect through maria‑antonietta.com, why I collect it, who else handles it, and what you can ask me to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who I am

This website is operated by Maria Antonietta, based in Nevada, United States. Throughout this policy, "I" and "me" mean Maria Antonietta, and "you" means anyone who visits the site, subscribes to the newsletter, or buys something.

Questions about anything here go to maria@maria-antonietta.com.

What I collect

When you subscribe

The newsletter signup forms collect your email address, and your first name where the form asks for it.

When you complete the longevity assessment

In addition to your email address and first name, the assessment records the answers you choose: your self-reported biological age estimate and the priority area you select. These are your own answers about yourself. They are not a diagnosis, a medical record, or a clinical assessment of any kind.

Automatically, when a form is submitted

My server records the date and time of the submission and the IP address it came from. This is standard practice and exists to identify spam and abuse.

When you buy something

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. I never see, receive, or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Stripe passes me the information I need to fulfil and support your order — typically your name, email address, what you bought and when.

While you browse

The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used to understand what people find useful. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Where your information is held

Three places, and no others:

Beehiiv, Stripe, Hostinger and Google each publish their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. Because I am based in the United States, information is stored and processed there.

What I use it for

What I will never do

I do not sell your personal information. I do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. The only parties who handle your information are the service providers named above, and they act on my instructions in order to run the newsletter, the payments and the website.

The one exception is legal compulsion: if a valid legal process required disclosure, I would have to comply.

Email, and how to stop it

The newsletter uses confirmed opt‑in — after you sign up, you receive an email asking you to confirm, and nothing is sent until you do. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You never need to ask my permission to leave, and you never need to explain why.

If you have bought something, I may still need to email you about that purchase — receipts, access details, and anything necessary to deliver what you paid for.

How long I keep it

Subscriber information is kept for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Purchase and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask me to delete your information, I will, except where I am legally required to retain a record of a transaction.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

Email maria@maria-antonietta.com and I will respond within 30 days. I will not charge you for this and I will not make it difficult.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payment information goes directly to Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor, and never touches my server. Access to the newsletter platform and hosting account is protected by strong, unique credentials.

I will not pretend that any system is perfectly secure, because none is. What I can tell you is what I collect, which is little, and who touches it, which is few.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed to children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email me and I will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
